St Nicholas football club was founded in 1974 to provide football in the Yate and Chipping Sodbury areas for boys from the ages of nine to eighteen years old. The club now runs over 22 teams including 6 girls teams (2007/08 season)!.
In 1979 it was officially named 'St Nicholas Youth Football Club.
