A fine performance
St Nicholas produced probably their best performance of the season to record a win over Ashton Boys, playing with good quick passing in both games.
In the first game Saints struck with a fine finish from Jamie Stait and a deflected shot from Tom Bidder before Ashton got a goal back, the scoring in the first game was finished with a late close range finish from Jasper Littlechild.
In the second match starman Manny Diss controlled the defence and right midfielder Matthew Walters had his best game of the season and provided a steady service to the forwards enabling Luke Henderson to net a hat trick with Taylor Molter and Matthew Bryant with his first of the season getting the others.
